Senior engineers, embedded in your teamYou interview and decideCompany in the US, engineers in Nepal, Australian hours covered

We're young.
Our experience isn't.

We find top-tier engineers in Nepal and put them inside teams that need them. No bench, no account managers, no CV dumps. A small company, about a year old, run by four people who have been doing the work for a lot longer.

About Decimal

Founder-led
Four founders, all from the technology industry, all with years inside engineering teams and tech businesses. When you talk to us, you're talking to the people responsible for the company, and for who we send you. No one here reads from someone else's script, because there is no one else's script to read.
Engineers from Nepal
Nepal has excellent engineers and not enough companies that hold them to a high standard. We hire slowly, interview hard on both the technical and the human side, and only put forward people we'd want on our own team. The country produces the talent. Our job is the standard, and the paperwork, and the follow-through.
A year of real placements
Decimal is about a year old, and in that year the engineers we've placed have joined real teams and shipped real work. That feedback loop has already changed how we hire. We're new, not theoretical: every stage on our vetting page exists because something taught us why it needed to.
Small on purpose
We're not trying to be the biggest. The mindset is better resources, not a lot of resources. A small company can afford to care who it sends, and to say no when the fit isn't right. The day we start forwarding profiles we haven't properly vetted is the day we're just another agency.

If you need an engineer, we'd rather have a short conversation about the work than send you a list of profiles.

Have the work.
Need the engineer?

Tell us what your team needs. We'll help you find the right engineer, and you'll interview them before anything is decided. If we don't have the right person, we'd rather tell you that than sell you the wrong one.

Talk to a founder, not a salesperson. A direct reply, within one business day.

We're ready for the work.
