Senior engineers, embedded in your teamYou interview and decideCompany in the US, engineers in Nepal, Australian hours covered

A team inside yours.
Assembled in days.

Experienced engineers who integrate with your team, understand the work, and actually ship. You keep the product, the roadmap and the engineering direction. We provide the capacity: a small embedded team that joins your standups and your repos, and changes shape as the work changes. You interview everyone we put forward.

Embed a team

Engineering teams

Add engineering capacity without building the team from scratch.

An engineer joins your team, not a vendor relationship. Your repositories, your tools, your standups.

You direct the work. We make sure the person doing it is worth having there.

If it isn't working, we say so early and fix it. That's easier for a small company to mean.

You don't get a CV. You get an engineer.

  • 01

    Extend your team

One or two engineers added inside your existing team. They take your tickets, join your standups and ship under your review, so the way your team already works stays exactly the way it is.

  • 02

    An embedded team

Depth across roles, for example backend, AI features and ops, working as one team under your technical direction. The shape follows your roadmap rather than a fixed org chart, and every engineer in it clears the same bar as the solo hires.

  • 03

A shape that follows the work

Grow the team when the roadmap asks for parallel streams, shrink it when a milestone lands. You are not locked into a headcount you set once. The engagement flexes with the work, one seat at a time.

How the embed runs.

The team works the way your team works, not the other way around. No separate offshore branch, no relay of messages through an account manager, and no discovery phase before anyone writes code. The engineers are in your tools from the first morning.

Meet the engineers you would interview

  • 01

    Your standup, your repos

Engineers join the rituals you already run. Work is planned, reviewed and merged where your team already plans, reviews and merges, and the commit history is the progress report. There is no second codebase to keep an eye on.

  • 02

    You hold the direction

Technical decisions stay with you. We staff the team, back the engineers and step in early when something is off, but the roadmap and the architecture are yours to call. The team is yours to direct, which is the point of embedding it.

  • 03

    One monthly fee

Payroll, taxes and benefits, devices and secure access to your systems are covered in one monthly fee, so the only thing you manage is the work. The fee is the same whether the seat is your first or your fifth.

  • 04

    Hours that line up

Kathmandu's morning is Melbourne's afternoon: three to four hours of live overlap every day for standups, reviews and pairing. For US teams, the overlap lands in your evening. Everything else is written down where your team already works.

Have the work.
Need the engineer?

Tell us what your team needs. We'll help you find the right engineer, and you'll interview them before anything is decided. If we don't have the right person, we'd rather tell you that than sell you the wrong one.

Talk to a founder, not a salesperson. A direct reply, within one business day.

We're ready for the work.
